ShipPad at shippad.dev is operated by BLRMYS Consulting Private Limited ("we", "us"), the data controller for personal data collected through the site and app. We are based in India at Bengaluru, Karnataka 560108, India. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email, name, and profile photo when you sign in.
• Purchase data: your purchase and license status. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card numbers.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how the site and app are used, collected only after you consent to cookies.
• Communications: messages you send us through support chat or email.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, deliver your license and repository access, process payments, send transactional email (such as receipts and sign-in codes), respond to support requests, and, only with your consent, send product updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to run ShipPad:

• Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record, who processes your purchase as the seller of record. Their own privacy policy applies to the payment.
• our email provider, to deliver transactional and opt-in email;
• our analytics provider, only after you accept analytics cookies;
• Amazon Web Services, our cloud hosting and infrastructure provider.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We and our providers may process your data on servers located outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area (for example in India or the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can decline, and the site still works.

Retention

We keep your account and purchase data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we remove your associated records within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal and accounting reasons (such as payment and tax records, retained for as long as applicable law requires). Support messages are kept for up to 24 months, and analytics data is retained in aggregate for up to 14 months.

Your rights

You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time, or export a copy of your data from your account settings. You may also email support@shippad.dev to request a copy or deletion of your data. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, or object to our processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
