Terms of Service

Effective June 29, 2026

ShipPad is operated by BLRMYS Consulting Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in India at Bengaluru, Karnataka 560108, India. By purchasing, downloading, or using ShipPad (the "Product") at shippad.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.

What we provide

ShipPad is a software boilerplate (source code, templates, and documentation) sold as a one-time license. Once your payment is confirmed, we grant you access to a private GitHub repository containing the code. The license lets you build and ship an unlimited number of your own products with the boilerplate.

Unlimited-access software license, revocable on breach

Your purchase grants you an unlimited-access license to use the boilerplate code to build your own products. The license is perpetual unless terminated for breach (see below). It is granted to you or the single company that purchased it, is non-transferable, and we retain all intellectual property rights in the Product.

In these terms, "your team" means you, and the employees or contractors of the single individual or company that bought the license, working on that organization's own products. Each separate individual or company needs its own license.

You may:

You may not:

We reserve the right to terminate this license and revoke your repository access if you breach these terms, in particular by reselling or redistributing the boilerplate, or by sharing access outside your team. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Payment and refunds

ShipPad is sold through Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for the transaction, and we never see your card details. Because the Product is digital and you receive the full source code the moment access is granted, all sales are final and no refunds are issued once you have been given access to the GitHub repository, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by Dodo Payments' own refund policy. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to the code and you waive any right to a refund or "cooling-off" period to the extent permitted by law.

Warranties and limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the code is error-free, that it will meet your requirements, or that it will be compatible with every third-party service. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing anything you build with it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Product for anything illegal, abusive, or designed to disrupt our services or infrastructure.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
